Because of the personalised nature of our products, our refund and return policy is structured to account for this. Custom Products
Since our notebooks are custom-printed according to your specifications, we cannot offer refunds or accept returns unless the product is defective or incorrect. Please ensure that all custom details (such as text, cover, design, and quantity) are correct before placing your order. By confirming your order, you acknowledge that the customisation details are accurate.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or not as described due to a printing error or production defect, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund.
Conditions for Refund or Replacement:
• The item must be defective or incorrectly produced (e.g., printing errors, wrong product received).
• You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.
• We may request photos or additional details of the defect to assess the issue.
Once we verify the defect, we will either:
• Reprint the item at no additional cost to you, or
• Issue a full refund to your original payment method.
We will work with our printing partner, Lulu, to ensure any defective products are addressed as quickly as possible.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
If you believe your order qualifies for a refund or replacement, please follow these steps:

2. Evaluation: We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. If your request is approved, we will proceed with either a reprint or refund.
3. Returns: In most cases, you do not need to return the product. However, if we require the item to be returned, we will provide return instructions, and we will cover the return shipping costs if applicable.
Non-Refundable Items
• Custom Orders: As these items are personalised, they are not eligible for refunds unless defective.
• Digital Products: If applicable, digital products cannot be refunded after delivery.
Processing Time
Once approved, refunds will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was received in a defective condition or an error was made during production. If you request a replacement, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.
