5. Shipping and Delivery

George’s Notebooks uses Lulu’s API to print and deliver products. The estimated delivery time provided during checkout is an approximation and not a guarantee.

• Shipping Locations: We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada.

• Delivery Responsibility: Once the product is shipped, it is the responsibility of the shipping provider (e.g., Lulu) to ensure delivery. We are not liable for any delays, damage, or non-delivery of items once they are in transit.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds or returns unless the product is defective or damaged.

• Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving the item. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defective product. We will work with Lulu to arrange a reprint or replacement.

• Order Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once printing has begun.
